Background
Yodle is a software enterprise that helps small businesses grow by providing necessary online tools–from web design to online marketing tools to customer lead generation.
Lead Stream is Yodle’s flagship product that helps clients generating leads, but due to it being only available in desktop, users had limited access to the product.
Problem
Our clients who are usually away from their desktop computer miss opportunities to attract and convert new customers.
Missed calls
There are 37% missed calls and 23% of them are from a paid ad.
Friction
There are delays in follow-up actions due to limited access to a desktop.
Performance
Campaign performance needs be improved to drive better leads.
Branding & Visual System
I created the icon for iOS and Android store, and documented component and visual libraries to share with other designers and developers.
Responsive Web App
I translated the new native app design into the desktop experience to keep a design consistency across different devices.
Design System
Working alongside the Lead Designer, I built the design system for the wider adoption for the team in tandem with Lead Stream as a pilot product.
